Where I am supposed to pick up my rental car?
When you make a reservation on our website, you will have to choose the location where you wish to pick up your car. To find your location it is enough to type the three first letters of it. Then you will see all our offices available in the particular location. As soon as you choose the place of car pick up you can click at selected car picture in order to check the exact address of the local office. When your reservation is confirmed by the local agency we sent the rental confirmation voucher to your e-mail address. On the voucher, you will find all necessary information regarding your pick up a location. Like the exact address and telephone number. In case that you cannot find the local rental car office on arrival, please call the number provided on the voucher.
What is going to happen if I cause a damage to the rental car?
The driver is responsible for any damage on the rented car. The amount can be up to the blocked deposit on your credit card. For any accident caused, you will need to get a police report. Please also contact directly the local rental car agency. They will instruct you what is the procedure. If you don't have taken out any extra insurance, you might be charged up to the deposit amount blocked on your credit card. If you have a full comprehensive refund insurance, please ask for the invoice of the damage by the local company. With the invoice, you can request a refund by the insurance.
Can I rent a specific car brand or model?
As an internet car rental broker, we offer cars filtered by category. The car can be chosen by a specific group. You can choose from filters on our website, for instance, MINI, ECONOMY or SUV etc. Exact brand or models cannot be guaranteed. The vehicles you see online are examples based on the most common vehicle in the fleet for each category. If you choose the car on the website you will be given a car in the selected size. We also offer a filter to find automatic or diesel cars available. So we will confirm the size and the filter you have selected.
Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are normally on request by the local agent. Please, be advised that each rental car agency may require a different fee for the child seat. You can find the price for the child seat in the terms and conditions of the particular quote. In case of some agencies, you can add the child seat directly at the website when you are completing your booking. If there is no such an option, please put the note that you need one and advise the child age and the weight of your child. As soon as we receive your booking with requested child seat we will ask the local agent to add it to your reservation. The payment for the service is to be paid on arrival at the local office.
Is the insurance included in the rental price?
Please, note that usually full insurance will not be included in the rental rate. The type of insurance which is included in your rental rate depends on your residence country, the location where you are renting and on the local car rental supplier. We strongly recommend entering terms and conditions for the selected location and car rental agency and read them carefully in order to learn which type of insurance is included in the rental rate. You can also find an additional type of insurance which is offered by the local supplier. For some quotes we do offer a full comprehensive refund insurance you can purchase on our website.
